Our 14-Day Return Window
We want you to love what you order. If something doesn't work out, we make it straightforward — no complicated process, no runaround.
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
How We Handle Returns
We handle returns in three ways depending on the reason:
Change of Mind
Wrong size, changed your mind, or the fit wasn't quite right — we get it.
- •Issued as store credit
- •Store credit is calculated on the item price you paid (after any discounts) — shipping costs are not credited
- •We provide a prepaid return label — a $15 label fee is deducted from your store credit
- •Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date it's issued
Faulty, Defective, or Damaged in Transit
If something arrives faulty, defective, or damaged — that's on us.
- •Your choice: replacement (if the item is in stock), or monetary refund
- •We may ask you to return the item first for quality assurance or insurance purposes
- •Return shipping is covered by Mekora
- •In the case of a monetary refund, you will be refunded for the cost of the item(s) (including the original shipping cost, if applicable)
Wrong Item Sent
If we sent the wrong item, that's our mistake and we'll make it right.
- •Your choice: replacement (if the item is in stock), or a monetary refund
- •We may ask you to return the item first for quality assurance or insurance purposes
- •Return shipping is covered by Mekora
- •In the case of a monetary refund, you will be refunded for the cost of the item(s) (including the original shipping cost, if applicable)
Exchanges
We do not offer size exchanges. If something doesn't fit, you can return it for store credit and place a new order in the correct size.
Vietnamese sizing runs smaller than typical Australian sizing — we strongly recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering. Going up one size from your usual Australian size is a good starting point.
How to Start a Return
- 1Log in to your Mekora account — if you don't have one yet, use the easy sign-up link in your order confirmation email to create one in seconds.
- 2Go to your Order History and find the order you'd like to return.
- 3Lodge a return request — select the item(s), choose your reason for return, and attach clear photos if applicable (required for faulty/damaged claims).
- 4We'll review your request and once approved, send you a prepaid return label via email.
- 5Print the label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the designated shipping provider.
- 6Once we receive and inspect the item, your store credit or monetary refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
What Can Be Returned
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- •Returned within 14 days of delivery
- •In original, unworn condition — unwashed, unaltered, and free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, or fake tan
- •All original tags must be attached and intact
- •Accessories (jewellery, bags, hats, belts) must be in original packaging and unused condition
The following items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns:
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply — if any of these items are faulty, defective, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy.
- •Intimates and hygiene-sensitive items
- •Items marked as Sale or purchased with a site-wide clearance discount
- •Gift cards
- •Earrings and pierced jewellery

Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if the products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this returns policy excludes or limits these rights.
